Stuff We Need

 

We need lots of stuff to make the Phoenix Temple.  In many cases we can salvage, forage, recycle, borrow or steal before we resort to purchasing new materials.  Following each item is the name of a person that is able to contribute it. 

 

Dome Materials:

  1. Thick transparent rolled plastic—Bobbie x
  2. Glass paint to illuminate panels—Bobbie x
  3. Steel bars for additions to dome—Kurt
  4. Gold paint—Bobbie x
  5. Grommet punch—Larry x

 

Temple Interior Materials:

  1. Wood for platforms—2x4’s and plywood—try to salvage
  2. Raw canvas for flags and cushions, and sections of dome—Larry x
  3. Fabric dye—Larry x
  4. 100 or so cushions from old sofas and chairs—to be salvaged; found: 73
  5. Plenty of thread x
  6. Fabrics and objects for altar—some salvage—Venee
  7. Cardboard and papers for egg—recycled--Bobbie x

 

Additional Projects Materials:

  1. Steel for structure of Phoenix—try to salvage some x
  2. Various metals for Phoenix body—try to salvage some x
  3. Materials for colored fire—Phil Lapsley x
  4. Silkscreening materials—Larry x

 

And much, much more!  Kurt will be adding in what he feels he needs to accomplish the flames.  Phil can determine what he needs in terms of colorants, etc.
